Ordering photo book from Photos

Hi guys,

Have you guys recently tried to order photo books from Photos. I was able to order it smoothly in the past, but during the past month, once I passed through the step for typing in password for my Apple ID and and security code for my credit card, there was nothing happened afterward. No file upload instruction was given. There was nothing I can do. I tried several times with Apple Support, but it seemed they didn't know what was the matter and reasons for that.

Anyone experienced the same recently? tks
